I'm glad I stayed back late in school.
I'm glad my eyes were actually sharp enough.
I'm glad I could instantly recognise.
I'm glad that I reassured, it's really you.

My eyes couldn't see the surrounding, my eyes couldn't hear anything else.
My attentions were all focused, I heard my heart pounding.
I was shaking a lot back then.
But my legs felt the strong urge and I went chasing after your back view.

Even as you went away, I went after you.
You didn't see me, I was hoping you could turn around.
But at the same time, I felt blessed enough just watching your back.

Even as I board the bus, I was still shivering.
I wanted to shout out so much, "I saw him!"
